Please let us know briefly what you need help with. Ask as many questions as you want. We are here to help.

You might want to provide some basic information like where you are from, how we can contact you, what are your plans – visit, work or stay in Thailand? Also, if you have visited Thailand before (details – transit from? when? how long?, etc.) and any other information you might think is relevant for purposes of your required visa or work permit application.

We will provide you with some preliminary information in reply as a guide for your next steps. For clarity, we find that it is often better to meet up and discuss what you have in mind, elaborate on what is required and go through the options.

NEXT STEPS - Quick Summary!

  • 1. Meet at our office (bring along your documents)

After we have scheduled an appointment for you, you just need to show up at our office with the required documents. If you have not been advised what to bring, just bring your travel documents (e.g. passport) with existing entry or re-entry permits where applicable.

  • 2. Fill up Application Form

During our discussion, you will know if you need to produce additional documents or not.Depending on the visa type, we may need to re-schedule if you need time to procure the relevant documents. Please check with our staff ahead of your appointment.

  • 3. Await Notifications, if any.

Once your Application Form is complete with required documents, it will be sent to the Immigration Office to be processed. The process may take 3 to 30 days depending on the visa type; application for re-entry permits should be submitted at least one week before departure.

  • 4. Collection of Visa/Permit/Extension

We will notify you once your visa, permit or extension is ready. You may collect at our office as expedient. In our experience, if the application is submitted in time (with appropriate documents), in almost all (100%) cases, your application will be approved.

  • 5. URGENCY - special circumstances

If your case is urgent, the outcome depends on the circumstances. We have had good success even in complicated cases but we do urge our clients to be vigilant and always be prepared for any contingency. The most important factor is to keep in mind is the EXPIRY DATE of your documents and permissions granted.
